I’m an AI product engineer. I build the whole system: the interface people use, the backend behind it, and the path from development to deployment. My work spans business software, content tools and production AI.
I run NeuraScale from Egypt. Some projects are my own products; others are client builds or collaborations. Each case file separates the brief, my contribution and the evidence, so you can judge the work on its own terms.
For Abokamar’s film portfolio, Wael at WO! Studio led design and handoff; I built the Studio CMS, backend and deployment. The site is deployed, with public launch pending. Read the collaborative case file.

Founder & Product Engineer · NeuraScale
Builds and operates software products and delivers custom client systems. Built MedPrüf, an Austrian medical-exam preparation platform with multilingual study workflows, an explanation-generation and correction pipeline, spaced repetition, subscription payments and administration. Practice content is not official exam material. Built RetailOS, an Arabic-first multi-tenant retail platform, with tenant isolation, authenticated webhooks, idempotency and server-side pricing. RetailOS is paused as of October 2026.

AI & Automation Consultant · Independent
Independent consulting on AI integration and automation. Built web-data extraction workflows with retries, deduplication and fallback handling, alongside lead-scoring services. Implemented model-cost guardrails, prompt workflows and retrieval with tool orchestration.

E-Commerce Engineering Consultant · Independent
Independent e-commerce and business-workflow consulting. Worked on seller-side funnel instrumentation and conversion workflows for Taager. Built inventory synchronization and a QR-code loyalty prototype for a textile business.

Co-founded an e-commerce agency. Built Shopify storefronts and supported paid-acquisition workflows for MENA small businesses. Created reusable storefront themes and funnel templates for client delivery.

Freelance front-end development. Migrated legacy jQuery interfaces to React and added Cypress tests for critical user flows.

Founder · LibreFit
University project developed into a software prototype. Built a smartphone body-measurement prototype with a Xamarin client, OpenCV processing and server-side calibration.

Engineering
Software work since 2017. React migrations, performance and accessibility work for agencies, then whole products: front-end to Postgres, architecture to deploy, solo. The floor everything else stands on.

AI
LLM integration and automation work. AI integration and automation work before my own products; a first ML model in front of real users back in 2017. The through-line: models demo easily, and the cost curve, the eval set, and the failure modes decide what survives.

Growth
I’ve run a DTC brand’s P&L, the paid-acquisition stack on top of it, and seller-side funnel instrumentation. Engineering decisions are money decisions; I build for the number the operator watches.
